I use to be able to blacklist a call from the call log screen, now I click blacklist and it tells me this feature is unavailable.

I hope to see this feature remain as it makes it very easy to blacklist a call if its a crap call

It also seems numbers i've blacklisted in the past may be coming thru, hopefully that is just temporary.

Other then that, great service. I used the premier trial and then made my choice, even with premier and porting i am saving heaps compared to my previous phone company and they dont even have 3/4 of the features ooma has! I'm going to buy the telo handset this weekend for the 2nd line use as well.

Sounds like after trial ended, you signed up for Premier? Maybe a call to customer service asking them to enable your Premier features is the way to go.
