Have 3 Telo handsets registered with Telo base. Have two physical lines. Have three devices, 1-kitchen, 2-office, 3-bedroom. Have main line shared and second line assigned to device 2-office. When main line rings, kitchen and bedroom ring, not office and can't pickup main line on office handset. Why?

The reason why 2-office doesn't ring is because you have it dedicated to your second line. You can still answer from that handset (assuming you can hear the ringing from the other handsets) by pressing Menu and then select "Waiting Calls".
