I am not sure if I am the only one who see this. My call logs in my Ooma page is complete empty when I check yesterday. I guess I have a fresh start now? ;)

I just checked in both IE and Firefox and there are calls from yesterday in the log on both browsers.

My call logs are empty too. They're not updating from calls made today either.

EDIT: I just refreshed the page and they're back. But they still aren't showing calls made and received today.

If it's ok with you, please send me a personal email with your login & password
& we can further investigate. Please also include details such as the browser & version,
the dates calls were missing & sample from which numbers, etc.

I first noticed my call log empty yesterday. I use both IE and Chrome as browsers and the log is missing using either one.

All of my call logs are gone! My entire call history is just completely gone, blank. New calls made/received don't show up, either. The whole thing appears to be broken.

My Call Logs are empty too since Apr. 13. All my call logs are gone.
I suspect that voicemail might not work either.

There was a survey from Ooma before call logs are gone :(

They might have a server problem.

My issue was fixed after a call to Ooma Support.
