The support email submission page does not work at all with the Firefox browser. It aborts with an error.

I am not sure that it worked with Internet Explorer. There was no error but there also was no acknowledgment that the submission had been accepted. Just a completely blank page with the word Done in the lower left corner. I submitted two requests. If I get a response, then I'll know that it worked.
