I have tried 3 different PCs with different browsers. It all end up the same way. No success story to report.

I have tried to clear all browser cache files, and cookies before accessing My Ooma, after accessing My Ooma, and between webpages within My Ooma. I have even tried close all browser windows and relaunch the browser windows. I always end up with the error message when trying to access the Preference page.

Running out of idea here now. :|

One more thing to add:

This is very frustrating because the Preference page was working couple of weeks ago as normal, and suddently it does not work anymore. I have not changed anything on my pc environment. I am using the same web browser (IE8) for the last 6 month. I have not installed any new software or changed any browser setting.

Hello,

Just trying to find out which account is broken. Comparing the 2.
Do you think you can setup a temp password & send me a personal
email with the information(mac address & passwd) on the account having the problem?

Thx

I'm having a similar problem with one of my accounts. I get an error when selecting the Preferences link which brings up the Voicemail preferences page - https://my.ooma.com/voicemail

I can access the other pages indirectly by entering the address into the URL.

You should be able to get to those pages by selecting one of the following links:

https://my.ooma.com/blacklists
https://my.ooma.com/calling
https://my.ooma.com/phone_numbers
https://my.ooma.com/google_voice
https://my.ooma.com/privacy
https://my.ooma.com/system

You should then be able to select any of the other pages except voicemail preferences.

BTW, I'm using Firefox 3.6.3.

Thanks - certain accounts seem to have issues processing the voicemail notifications page. We're currently working on a fix, but it may not come out until Monday.

Hi bw1 and Bobby B

Great comments !

This seems to be my problem exactly. I can not go to the Preference page by clicking on "Preference" on the top of the screen. However, I could access the options within the Preference page in my account just like what bw1 described. The only exception is the voice mail option in which I will receive the error message. I have neve thought that I could just type in the https address and do it that way, but it works for the time being.

Looks like we have the problem identified. I am looking forward to the fix now.

Hi ntoy and Bobby B,

I also found out that the same error message, "We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page", will show up at other webpages of my.ooma when you click on the SAVE button. Account / Profile is one of the places I found will show this error message. However, If you log out and then log back in, you will find the changes you made actually got saved and updated. You also got the notification / confirmation emails.

Just a something that I noticed and hope that will help.

Same problem here: cleared history, caches etc but no luck. Does it mean that Preference tab is now a Premier feature? My service level is core at this time and I am not sure what is going on here. I keep getting this error each time I click on the Preference tab on 'y Ooma: "We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page.

If this page continues to appear, please contact Ooma Support. You can also report this issue in the Ooma Forum."

Oooooooooomaaaa what's up?

Have you considered reading about 4 posts up, the one from bw1? He gives a great workaround until they get things fixed. Why not try it and let us know the results.
