I have tried to clear all browser cache files, and cookies before accessing My Ooma, after accessing My Ooma, and between webpages within My Ooma. I have even tried close all browser windows and relaunch the browser windows. I always end up with the error message when trying to access the Preference page.
Running out of idea here now.
This is very frustrating because the Preference page was working couple of weeks ago as normal, and suddently it does not work anymore. I have not changed anything on my pc environment. I am using the same web browser (IE8) for the last 6 month. I have not installed any new software or changed any browser setting.
I can access the other pages indirectly by entering the address into the URL.
You should be able to get to those pages by selecting one of the following links:
You should then be able to select any of the other pages except voicemail preferences.
BTW, I'm using Firefox 3.6.3.

Great comments !
This seems to be my problem exactly. I can not go to the Preference page by clicking on "Preference" on the top of the screen. However, I could access the options within the Preference page in my account just like what bw1 described. The only exception is the voice mail option in which I will receive the error message. I have neve thought that I could just type in the https address and do it that way, but it works for the time being.
Looks like we have the problem identified. I am looking forward to the fix now.
I also found out that the same error message, "We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page", will show up at other webpages of my.ooma when you click on the SAVE button. Account / Profile is one of the places I found will show this error message. However, If you log out and then log back in, you will find the changes you made actually got saved and updated. You also got the notification / confirmation emails.
Just a something that I noticed and hope that will help.

Oooooooooomaaaa what's up?
Have you considered reading about 4 posts up, the one from bw1? He gives a great workaround until they get things fixed. Why not try it and let us know the results.danshiki wrote:Same problem here: cleared history, caches etc but no luck.
