We've been using OOMA since early February and now all the sudden people are telling us that when we call them, the caller ID displays someone elses name and number. It's so strange because everything was working fine after the number port process was completed. Now people don't pick up their phone when we call them because they don't recognize the name and number!

Any help, advice or support is greatly appreciated.
