I've read about the QoS settings and done the speed tests, but calls (both incoming / outgoing) cut out after 10-15 seconds. I can hear the other party, but they can't hear me.

I've done quite a few speed tests:
Speedtest.net
download: 19mbps avg
upload: 4 mbps avg

whichvoip.com
achieved download: 4.4mbps avg (of 13.6 available)
upload: 1.94 mbps avg

I've set the QoS settings as follows:
upstream: 1500 kpbs
downstream: 2000 kpbs

Any thoughts?
Thanks

The whichvoip site is a good VoIP line quality test, but not such a good speed test. If you post all the results from the Advanced tab when the test is over it may shed some light on the problem.

Your problem description sounds related to upload quality issues, but the test did not specifically identify a problem there. The results of the whichvoip test had one area of concern, max TCP delay, but I don't know that that would account for what you are experiencing. Does it happen on all calls? Do you have a Telo or Hub? How is your Ooma connected to your modem (what kind) and router (also what kind)?
