I just got a UPS notice that Ooma is sending me a 7.0 package.
I have no idea what it is, I did see where they fixed my Premier charge-I had a 39.99 charge for a number port that was supposed to be free with Premier that they didn't see I had asked for; so after a CSR issue, an Ooma person fixed things via the forum. I was charged the balance which is 80.00 for a total of 119.99.
Well I did just notice a charge on my credit card for $8.99 and now a package is coming. Anyone got a clue on this one?
I tried calling Ooma but it is after hours.

Never mind I found a post in another thread that explains it.
All is cool.
This forum is WAY better than calling customer service.
Thanks to those here that make the difference. I have been an Apple computer zelot since the mid '80s and have converted quite a few people-forums like MacRumors make it easy to find fixes and answers to problems.
I hope to disconnect my service from the box and plug the Ooma Telo in to service the house-I'm sure I will be back for help.
