I have an Ooma Telo. I really don't like call waiting and want it disabled. I just spoke with tech support and was told it CANNOT be disabled on the Telo. Any ideas??

These are considered to be special requests & requires us to modify the account on the back end side.
I wasn't able to pull up your Ooma account. If you send me a direct email, I will forward your request.
Note: If you have Landline configuration, we will not be able to do so.

Problem solved. Norm VERY quickly was able to have the call-waiting feature permanently removed. I really appreciate the quick response and resolution of the issue. Good work, and thanks.
