I can't find the threads that spoke of how to do it. I read them in the past. I saw nothing specific in Knowledge Base FAQ or the forums. I think it rates a FAQ line or sticky myself.

I have one handset registered with the updated firmware. I am buying a second one today-what is the procedure?

Yes, Groundhound is correct.
An earlier firmware version at times required one to perform a factory reset on the Telo when they were not able to register multiple handsets.

Your Telo is on the latest.
