I was notified by email, that Ooma's porting team received the loa information, and they will start working on this ticket. I was just wondering, how long does it take Ooma to complete the porting, from the time they receive the loa information. For some reason I'm thinking 3 weeks after they received. How long did it take you?

I just a received 'Ooma submit port request to carrier' email. However, this email does not have a date of pending port associated with it.
I do know my expected port date of 15 January as I had asked the sales rep when I was on a customer service caller earlier this morning.

Dec. 29, 2009 ordered port
Dec. 29, 2009 received port request instructions email
Dec. 29, 2009 Sent requested documentation
Dec. 29, 2009 received acknowledge LOA received email
Jan. 5, 2010 AM verbal during customer service call date of pending port implementation of Jan. 15, 2010
Jan 5, 2010 PM received Ooma submit port request to carrier email
