Hi folks,

After getting the correct serial number for my Scout, I have it configured. It works when I have the Scout "Wall" jack plugged directly into the Hub "Wall" jack. But if I plug the Scout into the house internal wiring (which is connected to the Hub "Phone" jack), it does not work (i.e. if I call the secondary phone number assigned to the Scout, the phone attached to the Scout does not ring. But if I call the primary number associated with the Hub, it does ring). The blue light on the Scout is also not on when plugged into the house jack.

I still have the hub configured as a shared device but the Scout is set as a personal device.

Should I be able to use the Scout this way? if so, what might I be doing wrong.

Thanks for any assistance

Thanks Groundhound - that did the trick!
