I recently purchsed my Ooma and installed it and seems to work fine. YesterdayI was surfing the internet and got disconnected and saw my Ooma flashing red. Pulled the power and let stand for 10 seconds and darn thing reset and worked for 24 hours. Surfing today and it did it again. Removed the power again reset the thinkg. I am wordering what is going on or do I have a bad one?

Try accessing the ooma setup screen at http://setup.ooma.com
- or if that doesn't work, use the IP address 172.27.35.1. On the network settings page, select to use the built-in MAC address. This usually takes care of the problem.
