I called their support number, 1-888-711-6662 and mentioned that the port link was missing. They took everything over the phone as far as my request to port and gave me a confirmation number. I should receive the LOA by email in five days - just need to complete and return it. Status updates will be provided by email and then after 3-4 weeks a confirmation that the porting is complete. Then you can call your regular phone provider and tell them to cancel your account.
