ADJUSTMENT OF NUMBER OF RINGS NOT WORKING

I went into the lounge and edjusted the number of rings to five through the preferences tab.

However, when I call my new ooma number via my cell phone, there are no rings at all; instead, the answering service immediately picks up!

Any clue as to what might be going on?

Is the envelope button on your ooma lit? If it is, press down for a couple of seconds to turn off privacy feature.
