When you attempt to set up email notification in my.ooma.com, the website performs some kind of validation on the email which is fine. However it has a bug - when I try to configure to send to my blackberry, it doesn't like the format of that address:

xxxxxxxx@vzw.blackberry.net

and gives and error. But the workaround is to change it to another valid email address, in my case I use xxxxxxx@yahoo.com, and then save it successfully. Then go back in and edit and change back to vzw.blackberry.net. Save again and it doesn't complain. And the notifications work properly at this point.
