Problem with format of call duration in call log export

I am using OpenOffice and when I export the call log the call duration is shown as time-of-day in the spreadsheet. It is not possible to add the times in this format. I do not have MS Excel, so I don't know if it works properly there. When I used to export in ooma lounge the call duration was exported in seconds which was easy to add and convert to hh:mm:ss. Would it be possible to add a preference setting for the format of the call duration in the export? Is there another way to get the call duration to import properly into OpenOffice?

I just exported to Excel 2007 and the call duration looks fine there.
