Call Logs not Updating

Call Logs not Updating

Just logged into My Ooma and I had a voicemail this morning but it didn't show up in the call logs. The voicemail did show up as Unknown Caller so I was wondering if this had anything to do with it?

There seems to be a lot of problems with the log since the new update of the lounge

Ok, got another Voicemail from someone I know and this one did show up in the Call Logs. Seems to be an issue with "Unknown Callers".

Edit: I forgot that calls handled by the Blacklists or the Anonymous Call Block do not show in the Call Logs.
