The call forwarding/multi-ring should have a separate setting just for internet outage.

The way it is setup now it is part of three choices:

1) Internet outage forwarding

2) Call forwarding

3) Mulit-ring

I agree.

Internet Outage should be it's own setting. That's a completely different scenario that multi-ring and forwarding.

It would seem that way at first thought, but I'm not able to think of a practical example of why I'd want Internet outage call forwarding to go to a different number than the other types of call forwarding.
