I have the blacklist turned in - I have added a numbers to the blacklist of calls that we get repeatedly (robo-calls etc.) I have the Blacklist turned on - I have selected that calls should get the Call Blocked Message.

However, every time a call comes in from these numbers our phones still ring. If I look in the call log, the phone number and name is exactly the same and the icon even shows that the number is on our blacklist. The blacklist was the number one reason we signed up for Premier so I would really like to get it to work. I've double checked all our settings and everything seems to be correct.

Are you using ooma with a landline?

Blacklists and Multi-Ring don't work with landline phone numbers, although we plan on enabling these features to work with landline numbers in the near future.
