Can't get to # of rings page

Whenever I'm in the lounge and go to preferences and then to voicemail the connection to the lounge is aborted. I cannot make any adjustments like screening my calls. This has happened in the past but I was able to get in after an attempt or 3. I've tried several times and it won't let me to that page..

A couple of possibilities come to mind. I assume you have the latest version of Flash, but if not, try upgrading. I know that cookies are required to manage account access, so if you are not allowing cookies that could be the cause. Another possibility is your browser - some have reported better results with IE and less than perfect results with Firefox. Not sure about Chrome or others.
