I just activated my Ooma Telo yestreday. The installation went smoothly and I thought everything was working well. But I found later that while a making calls, the call would be dropped and replace by the dial tone. This happened several times and my wife who was making the calls isn't a happy camper. I'm using a Comcast Internet setup with a separate modem and router. I'm hardwired from the router to the Ooma, Any ideas or suggestions?

Is your set up Modem-Ooma-Router? If so you can do an internet speed check Speedtest.net and set your upload speed at 80% of that in the Ooma router settings. You will need a computer connected to the ooma router and go to http://172.27.35.1 in your browser to see inside your ooma box.

I am not an expert and trying myself to learn the best way to set up ooma in sometimes strange environments.
