Help, my daughter's cell phone is blacklisted in my portal and I definitely didn't blacklist it. I tried edit. I tried delete. As soon as I try to re-enter her cell phone information, it shows it's blacklisted. I don't know what else I can edit or delete. I can't call her cell. It says that number is no longer in service. Help please.

When you go to https://my.ooma.com/blacklists under Personal Blacklist, did you locate her name and then click on it. Then in the window that opens, select and click on Delete? I did this action and it worked fine for me.

If that doesn't help:
Try deleting your daughter's name completely form contacts at https://my.ooma.com/contacts .

Wait for at least an hour, better overnight, then restore her name to contacts.

Ooma Blacklist is for treating incoming calls to your Ooma (send to voicemail, play blocked message, continous ring etc). If you are having trouble calling your dauther's cell phone, see if other phones are having problems calling her cell also. If Ooma is the only one that can't call your daughter's cell, call Ooma customer service.

Phone: 1-888-711-OOMA (6662)
Hours: Weekdays 7am-7pm PT, Weekends 8am-5pm PT

Unless you enabled 10 digit dialing on my Ooma website, you need to dial 7 digits for same area code and if different area code, need to dial 1 first. https://my.ooma.com/system

10-digit dialing lets you make long-distance calls without dialing the initial 1, just like on your cell phone.
This can introduce a short delay if you dial 7 digits for local calls. Press # after you dial to put the call through immediately.

Thank you everybody for your help. No nothing is working. I am going to have to phone customer service when they open up after the weekend. I can delete my daughter's name and cell number no problem. As soon as I try to create it all over, it picks up the blacklist settings in the call log. Doesn't make sense because I realize the blacklist is for incoming calls only but this is the reverse. I've had Ooma for almost a year and never saw anything like this one. I can phone other cells phones, etc with no problem. Might be good for all to know that if your call can't go through, see Ooma online and make sure it's not blacklisted. I know it doesn't make sense but it happened to me.

Go to your blacklist https://my.ooma.com/blacklists
Click on "View All"
Look for your daughter's number.
Click on your daughter's number entry and then click on "Delete"
This will remove her number from your Blacklist if she is there.
