I have the problem that once I sign in to myooma, it becomes unresponsive. I used Internet Explorer 9 with Windows 7 Ultimate. I called Ooma Support and the lady said she was looking at myooma using IE9 and everything was fine. She suggested something might be wrong with my browser and I should try a different one. I chose to use Google's Chrome (because I already had it installed on my computer) and now everything is fine. I just went through setting up my Ooma Hub on MyOoma and had no problems. I am not the most technically proficient person (but I am 70 years old so it is sometimes more difficult for me to figure out some of these problems) and everything seems to working GREAT now! I hope to really enjoy my Ooma experience. It's only been a few days (four days to port the old landline number from Frontier Communications here in Fort Wayne). So far, so good. :D :D
