My Ooma was down (red light). I logged in to my support and lounge to see if there was an outage. I saw no reports.

It occured to me, that if you had a link in my lounge to test my connection, you could be alerted right away. It would only take few people in an area. Then we would also know if it is likely on your end or ours.

If your system was working (blue and able to make / receive calls)
then went red, but you are still able to connect to the internet, chances are it is a problem on ooma's end, not yours, unless the hub failed
