It's like I don't exist. Can't log in and it does not recognize my phone number and e-mail to get a new password.

Upgrades are taking longer than expected. ETA is about half an hour. You are right we are out of the scheduled window, I'll update the post.

In all the years I worked IT never, never did we get the job completely done within our "window". There always something.......
I feel your pain. Take as long as you need to.

It'd be great if the upgrade would be done in a maintenance window, unless it's Emergency and time-critical changes/upgrade.

Maintenance window is a period of time designated for preventive maintenance, usually between midnight to 4:00 AM for telecom providers.

OK, I can log in again, but can't add my scout ("soap exception occurred") or add a new number to my account (does nothing after selecting a number a clicking "Save").
Maybe this website maintenance introduced a couple of bugs?
