If you still have the problem, remove power from the Ooma Telo and then repower the Ooma Telo.
If you still have the problem, disconnect the phone cord from the Ooma Telo Phone port. Next connect only one corded phone to the Ooma Telo phone port. Then listen for the Ooma dial tone.
If you can hear the Ooma dial tone, connect and disconnect phones until you figure out which phone is causing the problem.
