You shouldn't have issues with callerid name even if you are Hub basic user.

Sometimes when some of your My Ooma Settings aren't quite correct this will happen. Go to the following sites and remove check marks and save. Then test making and receiving calls, restoring check marks one by one, until you find what is causing the problem. Some times you may have to have to wait for up to an hour for the Ooma Servers to recognize your My Ooma Changes.

I called Customer Service and when through all the testing they had me do and they fixed it on their end.
