I have several voicemails saved, but when I sign onto my account, there aren't any there. I suspect the problem might be that I recently had my main number switched to the Scout and the hub now has my extra number which is being used by my FAX machine. I now sign into my account on the computer with my 2nd number (FAX number). How can I access my voice mails?

I don't have another account. After the numbers were switched, I was told to sign in using the "FAX" number. If I try to sign in with the "voice" number, it says incorrect password.

On the My Ooma login page, try using the Voice phone number, but do a password Reset.
