Dear Thomas Hogan,

Are you having trouble making outbound calls?

Here are some things to check:
- Check to make sure your phone connected to the hub is set to “tone” dialing instead of “pulse”.
- Long distance calls (outside your area code) require a “1” in front of the phone number.
- Unable to call some 800 or toll free numbers. Some toll free numbers are regional – we suggest that you try locating an alternate area code number instead of the toll free number you are calling.
- Also try dialing *99 + Phone Number.

If you have further questions or require additional clarification, please write me back and I will respond to you as quickly as possible, usually the same day. Your satisfaction is important to us, and I will make sure we bring this to resolution consistent with your expectations. If it's more convenient, you can also visit our support web site and check out our wide variety of helpful articles that may answer any additional questions that might come up in the future.

Thank you for choosing Ooma!

I keep getting a message that this number 718 ### #### is a disconnected phone number when dialing from my Ooma line. When using another cable phone line or a cell phone the number works fine. The number is a confirmed working number. This has been happening for a while now.
