My extended warranty and telo upgrade options are no longer visible in my add on menu. I did get an e-mail today about the warranty, followed that link, and it said I had an invalid add on. Have the perks for refurbished hub users been revoked??

Anyhoo, any info would be appreciated.

When you purchased the refurbished Ooma Hub, what did the paperwork say?

Usually it will usually still say one year warranty.
