We lost service this morning (11/12/11) I thought our internet connection was bad but when I bypassed Ooma I was back online. I had tried resetting Ooma, router, etc. to no avail. Then I hooked Ooma back up and we had Ooma service again. Anybody else? Any ideas what happened. Kinda important as my wife is on call at the local hospital and needs to trust Ooma.

I have Ooma between the modem and the router. Did not know about the setup page. Thanks. I set upstream internet speed to 510 but can't find the "radio" button in the Network page to use the built in Mac address.

Edit: Never mind, I found it under internet settings. My fault.

We had a bad storm here last night. Didn't lose power but there might have been a surge. Could this have caused lost Ooma?
I have configured Ooma as per this post. We'll see if that helps.

Once you have the optimal setup, the Ooma device should come back online automatically no matter what happens to disrupt your service (power, internet).
