Enable community blacklist

I have been a premier customer for several years with several Oomas (Telo now)

Every couple weeks / monthly, all my:
Enable community blacklist
Becomes unchecked. Why is that?

I have changed my passwords on all of them (none the same) yet they all uncheck and I start getting unwanted calls.

That feature is the main reason I pay for premier.

Does anyone else have this issue?
