SInce I hooked up my Ooma Telo, I'm getting messages that I have two devices providing NAT - one is my router; the other must be the Ooma Telo, which sits between my cable modem (which does not provide NAT) and my router. How can I disable NAT in the Ooma Telo?

You can't disable NAT in the Telo.
Double NAT is considered by many to be more secure than single NAT.
You can put the Telo behind your router and not use it's Home port.
