I am having the same problem. Doesn't matter which browser or number I use. This is frustrating as I rely on the dashboard while traveling & do pay for the service.

Yup - Should have mentioned that I've sent 3 emails w/o a response over a 2 week period.

I will sink more time into having the features I've paid for.
