cannot update credit card

cannot update credit card

Hi,
Any help will be appreciated. I keep receiving the following message when I try to update my credit card.
"Please check out following fields
Invalid Customer Telephone Number - cannot update customer info"
I've tried logging in using Firefox and explorer. I also tried deleting browsing history and I still get the error message.
Everything else appears to be working fine and the phone numbers listed are correct.
Any ideas?

I called customer service and they had to update the credit card through their computer.
Problem solved. Thanks.

We should have this resolved with a My Ooma bug fix with 11174. I think you can workaround the problem by change your billing telephone number to just be 10 digits (without dashes or parentheses). For example, if your billing telephone shows "650-555-1234", just change it to "6505551234" and then try submitting the credit card update.

Not sure how they got in there that way to begin with cause updating using (area code), - between numbers convention won't let me.

Okay, nevermind, I guess OP was trying to put in phone number with () and or - and GUI won't take.
