Are you using your own number with Ooma by any chance? ie Do you have your landline dialtone connected to the "Wall" port of your Ooma? If so, you'd need to have callerid subscription with your landline; even so, some folks don't have it working. If you are running your Ooma in this mode, I recommend that you call into Ooma customer service to change your mode to standalone; get a number assigned by Ooma.
