I have call forwarding from my home phone to my cell. All of a sudden it will not tell me who is calling anymore, it just display 111-111-1111 and says unknown caller. What has happened :(

Ditto. Does registering a problem report actually do anything in this case?

FYI: The line Ooma is multi-ringing is on T-Mobile where caller-id is all 1's. The actual phone numbers are showing up correctly under call logs online, just not on my cellphone where its important.

I had to leave for business out of state. All my forwarded calls came up 1111111111111. Just went online to check my messages on Ooma online and they have no number either. All unknown callers.
The only place the callers numbers show up in on the phone itself at home. This is really aggravating :| :|. I cannot tell who is trying to reach me. HELP
