When I click the upgrade button to upgrade to premier service I get an error message. Can someone tell me what I can do to fix this?

Same here. Can't upgrade to Telo. Whole ad-on page not working since last night. It worked yesterday or day before, and now that I am ready - BAM! No turkey! They might be changing it, or it is on another dead server? I saw that handsets are backordered until end of Feb. now. Hope we can get in under the wire.

It was working Friday morning, so it is ok now. Got mine done. Looks like they were adding some new add-on's to the page on the upper area. It's fixed.
