It's only natural that the iPhone app would be better integrated with the apps that show up in my.ooma.com, including calling statistics & logs associated with the home phone. But VOICEMAIL is the huge one. When I receive a new voicemail I'd like to be able to use the Ooma app to access it. The portal is dreadful from the iPhone and performance of the portal doesn't even qualify as dreadful. I don't know where the performance bottleneck is, but voicemail is considered a critical feature of any telephony value proposition and Ooma -must- fortify that feature. I personally think better integration with the iPhone app would make Ooma home service irresistible.

Just make voicemail simple and accessible.
