If you scroll a list with up and down arrows, and are at the top of the list, most devices use some circular queue approach so that an up arrow at the top of the list jumps you to the bottom of the list.
Sure would be handy on the Telo handset (e.g. in contact list), and match with a de facto standard way of operation with cell phones etc.

Just a suggestion, but you may find navigating the contact list easier/faster than manually scrolling by using the search function. If you want to find "Tom" in your contacts, press 8(t) and 6(o) and Tom should appear on the screen. Note you don't have to triple press 6 to get "o", it figures out what letter possibilities match your contacts.

Thanks! I tried this without success when I first tried my phone book. Not sure what I did wrong, but it works fine now.
