When on the phone, and another call is recieved, I hear the call waiting tone, but the 2nd caller's information is not displayed on the handset. My wife is a real chatter-box, and needs this feature to determine who is in the queue :P

This appears to be a problem with the Telo, but not the Hub. When will this situation be rectified :?:

Received the following response 8/8/2010 11:30 AM CST, from Carol Romero of Team Ooma:

Accordingly, October 1st is the drop-dead date for resolution of this issue. My better half has been bugging the hell out of me about it. For us, this is the last hurdle to a phone system comparable to what we had prior to Ooma.
