How long does my $100 International credit last?

Post by stevegriswold » Mon Apr 12, 2010 7:51 am

I have $100 international calling credit from my telo purchase. Does this go down to zero if I do not use it within 6 months?

I think if you can't use it before the expiration, you can call customer service to extend expiration.

I've seen 90 day expiration but you can extend through customer support.

If this bonus credit didn't expire, it would be a liability that would have to be kept on the books for many years. Liabilities count against a company's bottom line and that's a long term bad thing. Use it or lose it. ;)
