thanks. as it was, even this morning it changed again to offer me (and my neighbor's) to Opt Out, meaning it switched it again after I changed it last night. I hope now it is fixed! :)

I did not subscribe to Premier and have been charged for it. Ooma did not refund my 9.99. Even after I opted out in My Ooma it was back on again when I logged in again! Very frustrating. I am planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
