If you just want to record incoming calls then get google voice and give that number to people you want to call you. When someone calls that you want to record just press the 4 key and google voice well record your call. It well then be available to you in google voice. :)

I've done this many times and it works great.

Just a word of caution. Some states like California require two party (i.e. all parties to the conversation) consent to recorded conversations. Violations may allow for criminal prosecution as well as civil damages. The following is a general guide, but I cannot comment on the accuracy of the information as it relates to other states.
