It would be really cool to have a voice mail icon next to the number in the call log. We had an issue this morning that a Dr. called on Friday to confirm an appointment for Monday morning. They said they called and left a message, but all we can see / show them is they did call. They did not leave a message and tell us the appointment time had been changed. It would be very nice to show them on screen, yes you did call, but you did not leave a message.

Also, maybe make the voice mail icon a link to the voice mail? That would be really neat. :P

Look at the length of the call as it appears on the log. If only a few seconds, probably no message was left. If 10-15 seconds or more, a message probably was left although it is possible that the message was left before VM started taking it. You might want to select email notification of incoming VM with the message attached.

The call log excludes calls for which voice mail was left, so it is incomplete. I want to see the incoming call in the list even AFTER I have listened to and deleted the message, because at that point all record of it is gone.
