Recently, for more than 1 week, I was overcharged for international calls. For rxample,
Jan-14 08:28 PM 0:02 2.8¢ $0.10

I do not understand why I was charged $0.10 instead of $0.056.

and for some unsuccessful calls, I was charged $0.07, each time, 1 minute.

any ideas? Thanks

Take each call and multiply 2.8 cents by the time.
Round the result up to the next whole cent (standard practice by all phone companies).
Add 4 cents.

Every one of your calls that I checked (I didn't check them all) meets that formula.
The published per minute rates do not include the fixed call completion fees.

This is my third month. For the first two months, it is always 2.8 cents per minutes, and for many times I was charges
8 cents for 3 minutes. this happened only since two weeks ago.

It seems you are right about adding 4 cents each time. But I do not understand why this change applied to my account after 2 months

very strange.

I was also about to note the connection fees.

Cant comment about why you did not seem to get those fees prior? You can try customer service and see if they have a reason for you.

BTW, can you elaborate on your international calling experience... call quality?

The only other thing that 2 months brings to mind is the free Premier trial.
Do you have Premier or did the trial just expire?
I don't know why that would make a difference.
