What is the max mins that is included?

Post by qchau » Fri Dec 25, 2009 8:14 pm

I've read it is 5000 mins and then I'd read somewhere else it's 5000 out bound and unlimited in coming. Could someone tell me the answer? Also if we fax, does faxing use more mins? Cause, I used less then 200 mins including faxing but after an call it tells me I have 4400 mins left. I did get the message after making an international call.

It's 5000 minutes outgoing only (phone or fax) and free incoming and free ooma to ooma calls.

I've never gotten any kind of warning on a call ever. Not sure what that is.

Ooma has a 5000 min limit to discourage telemarketers from using ooma as a calling tool.

On Oomas blog post, 'unlimited' usage is further defined:

The minutes left message refers to international calling credit in your pre-paid account, and is unrelated to the 5000 minute domestic call limit.
