I couldn't get the reps to do this on the phone because the thought they would have to cancel my acount and then reopen it.

But now I was able to add lifetime Premier to an account that didin't expire until March! Thank you!

Now just stay in business for 10 more months and I break even vs. my old phone company :D

It's not on any page. You have to call the sales department and ask for it. The sales department calls it a buyout.
