Hi all,
I recently purchased the ooma Telo. so far so good. I even posted a quick review of my experience at http://tech.spotcoolstuff.com/voip-inte ... -ooma-telo
However, there is one issue that I reported to ooma since December 3rd and they have not been able to resolve it.

Inadvertently, I added a [valid] number to my blacklist and I have not been able to remove it. I have made at least 3 calls to ooma tech support to no available. I was told they did deleted it from their system at least twice, all I had to do was to reboot the system in order for the changes to take place. As of this post, the number is still showing in my black list. Needless to say that this particular issue is getting under my skin at this point. I don't think it should be that difficult to remove a number from their system.

Has anyone had similar issues with removing numbers from their black list? Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

Not just look at it - try to delete it. Click on the number and then click delete.

Thanks Grounhog. I was told by ooma tech support that it would be removed.
I tried to delete it myself at least a dozen times to no avail, so I just gave up.

are you ooma tech support?

No, I'm just a customer. Ooma updated the my.ooma website about a day ago and it should have fixed the issue of deleting blacklist numbers - it did for me.

I noticed this change recently too. It's nice to not have to call in our blacklist removal requests!

I'm just curious though, were you able to get it to delete now, Declama?
